This position is responsible for the Quality Management Function within the “Buildings” Business unit of Smart Infrastructure Op Co., Siemens Ltd.

About the Role:

The Process Quality role is responsible for ensuring that business processes deliver consistent, high-quality outputs by defining business Processes, analyzing performance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality systems and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Implement and maintain Siemens’ QMS (Quality Management System) in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Siemens-specific quality directives.
-Define, document, and optimize operational processes using Siemens Business Process Management (BPM) tools.
- Review Quality Manual and update as required 
- Prepare and Maintain Master list of documents
- Prepare, revise and update Work instructions/Guidelines
- Prepare Business Processes/Process maps
- Derive Quality Objectives, Process KPIs and monitor
- Conduct Internal Audits, monitor Closure of Open points
- Conduct Management review meetings
- Support Functions to prepare Process specific guidelines
- Align Quality Processes with HQ Processes
- Analyze deviations through 8D methodology, 5-Why, and Ishikawa, and drive CAPA to closure

 Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or equivalent).
Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Certification, Lead Auditor ISO 9001
 Experience Requirements

10–15+ years of experience in process quality, manufacturing quality, or operational excellence, ideally in a multinational engineering or technology environment.
