Transform the everyday with us

The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. 

We are looking for XN Assembly Prep team members to join our Busway team on 2nd shift at Roebuck, SC.

Shift Hours: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Hourly Rate: $24.20 plus $1.25 Shift Differential

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., move heavy materials, perform coordinated hand and arm movements, and regularly stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and climb as required for the role.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • In this role, you must be able to meet the physical requirements, which include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Ability to complete a 1/4 mile walk within 7 minutes, lift up to 40 lbs., sustain grip of a least 26 lbs. using two fingers & standing for 30 minutes.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Manufacturing

You'll make impact by:

  • Ability to work in a team environment, cross-train and multi-task
  • Bolting, screwing, fastening parts together with hand and/or powered tools
  • Testing and adjusting duct as needed
  • Weatherstrip, pull tape off housing, base machine operation, sub-assembly prep
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

The pay for this position is $24.20 per hour, plus an additional $1.25 shift differential. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
