Baseline Requirements:
Currently enrolled as a university undergraduate student
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Authorized to work in the United State without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company

Early Career Development Programs Student Intern
Early Career Development Programs is a team within the Strategy & Marketing organization. This team leads special programs such as Start It, the Strategic Student Program, Career Start, and Camp Bright Ideas. These programs are focused on professionals who are early in their career, and the development of their skills, networks, and overall career needs
As a Student Intern helping the Early Career Development Programs Team, you will:
Help organize and execute events such as Camp Bright Ideas, a STEM camp for middle school aged girls.
Become proficient in Mendix, a Low Code App Development software you will use to further develop our goal setting and evaluation app for students, mentors, and managers.
Develop promotional materials such as movies, 1-page flyers, SharePoint sites, and other types, for the various programs we lead.
Organize and lead final presentations for approximately 70 students across Marketing, to be presented to their managers and executive team.
Organize a week-long event in Michigan hosting approximately 70 participants.
Organization Requirements:
Currently an undergraduate in Marketing, Business, or Engineering with experience and knowledge about our software products.
Great organizational skills, not afraid to communicate with employees at all levels.
Strong, polished oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present to large audiences and provide status updates on a regular basis.
Certified in Mendix as a Rapid Developer.
Comfortable working in a remote work environment from time to time.
A self-starter who does not require constant supervision.
A leader, someone who is willing to take charge whether it be a small group of executives or a larger group of interns.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location, as well as degree type and relevant education. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave and paid volunteer time off.

The hourly pay range for this position is 18-50 per hour for first time Interns or 18-50 per hour for returning Interns. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
