You'll make an impact by

• You support the planning and coordination of go-to-market activities and customer events for our Process Control System SIMATIC PCS neo, working closely with the team to ensure seamless organization
• In this context, you assist with managing event logistics, including communication with vendors and venues as well as overseeing invitation and registration processes for key customers
• During on-site events, you help execute the activities smoothly and collect feedback from participants to contribute to ongoing improvements
• Additionally, you prepare event-related materials such as invitations or agendas, and help coordinate internal communications around customer engagement
• To round off your role, you handle various administrative tasks that support both the event management process and the overall team effort

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
  • Initial practical experience in event planning, management, or customer engagement is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Ways of Working: You work proactively, are highly motivated, and enjoy collaborating in dynamic teams
• Languages: Very good English and German skills
