We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Systems Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Innovation Team!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Networking, Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), operating systems (Windows, Linux), and experience in architecting or designing technical infrastructure solutions based on requirements. This role will be instrumental in maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, driving technological innovation within the company, and leading and delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage networks and systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Architect and design technical infrastructure solutions based on business and technical requirements.
  • Lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage and optimize cloud-based resources, including AWS and Azure platforms.
  • Maintain and administer Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and loss of productivity.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and implement IT solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends and propose improvements to our systems and processes.

Your Profile & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role.
  • Experience in architecting or designing technical infrastructure solutions based on requirements.
  • Proven success in leading and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
  • Experience working in an agile process.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Certifications:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
  • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
