Enabling effective international assignments through strategic expertise.

As a Global Mobility Professional, you will provide strategic guidance and subject-matter expertise on international assignments, supporting business and HR stakeholders in the planning, execution, and governance of cross-border mobility solutions. The role operates at a senior advisory level, addressing complex and high-impact cases within a global organizational context.

You will act as a key interface between the business, P&O, Assignment Services operations, and relevant internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide strategic consulting on international assignments, including Home/Host-based delegations, Project Assignments, Foreign Local Hiring, and alternative mobility approaches.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders on existing and upcoming assignments within the assigned scope.

  • Support the development of customized mobility solutions for complex or non-standard cases, beyond established frameworks.

  • Manage and advise on high-visibility and sensitive assignments, including VIP delegations and global talent programs.

  • Analyze global, regional, and local business requirements to recommend appropriate mobility strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Establish and maintain professional, trusted relationships with stakeholders on the business and HR/P&O sides.

  • Collaborate closely with global Assignment Services teams, operational colleagues, and internal and external partners (e.g. governance, tax, vendors).

Qualifications and experience

  • Extensive professional experience in Global Mobility Management, with in-depth knowledge of multiple assignment types and mobility frameworks.

  • Proven experience within a global Shared Services or center-based environment, including participation in or leadership of international projects.

  • Strong understanding of business and customer needs, with the ability to translate them into effective mobility solutions.

  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and solution-oriented approach.

  • High level of accountability, with a consistent focus on results and quality delivery.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
