Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor - Communications and Passenger Information Display Engineer in Bangkok office. 

This is your role. What part will you play?

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all personnel assigned to the COM/PID section.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Manage and supervise Engineers, Technicians and any temporary personnel assigned within the COM/PID section.
• Ensure all COM/PID segments are maintained in a technically sound condition and are available in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with various maintenance and operations departments to plan and execute scheduled maintenance tasks effectively.
• Lead and chair internal meetings within the COM/PID section.
• Facilitate cross-functional activities between the Electronics, Permanent Way & Facilities, and COM/PID sections.
• Take appropriate actions and provide leadership in the event of incidents occurring within the COM/PID section.
• Oversee the execution of both preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Provide technical support for commissioning, installation, and testing activities.

Use your skills to move the world forward.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with relevant work experience, preferably in public transportation or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in administration, project coordination, and team supervision, including working in a multi-national company environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in computer applications and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Thai; good proficiency in English communication.
