We are looking for hard-working Data Scientists who will be a member of our technology and innovation team responsible for new technology development and innovation projects within our organization.

This is your role.

• Research, create and implement advanced statistical models and innovative machine learning algorithms on fast paced structured and unstructured data to support decision making.
• You need to Investigate the most appropriate techniques to solve complex problems by assessing diverse mathematical, statistical and AI models.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to seamlessly transition AI innovations into scalable and reliable operational solutions.
• Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports, visualizations and presentations to gain alignment and drive business actions
• You have to collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure the smooth integration of data science products into global offerings.
• Have a very strong product approach and proactively conceptualise, design, improve and automate relevant data products.
• Guide and mentor junior data scientists and rest of the team on modeling process and algorithm and develop a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLM, NLP, deep learning, and machine learning algorithms, and proactively find opportunities to demonstrate new technologies for improved solutions.

• Candidates should possess a PhD or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or another field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Economics, Psychology) that emphasizes scientific methods of research and analysis.
• A minimum of five years of professional work experience is required, preferably in a global setup with distributed virtual teams and environments.
• Strong data fundamentals and a proven ability to organize, clean, schematize, and process data are crucial, along with a solid understanding of how to apply data science methodologies to solve sophisticated problems.
• Expertise in deep-learning model fine-tuning and deployment is considered a plus, as is experience in working with generative/multi-modal/multi-task models.
• Solid programming skills in Python and familiarity with challenges associated with large datasets are mandatory. While not closely required, a strong academic and publication record is desired. Proficiency in English is also a key requirement for this role.
