We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated IT Infrastructure Specialist to take comprehensive responsibility for our local IT landscape. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset, committed to ensuring robust performance, seamless operations, strong compliance, and continuous improvement across all IT infrastructure domains.

This role ensures efficient, stable and secure operation of the local technology environment while leading strategic planning, provider coordination, and continuous optimization of the IT landscape.

Strategic IT Infrastructure Management
Individuals with the proven ability to oversee and strategically plan the entire local IT environment, ensuring its stability, scalability, and alignment with business needs.

Effective Provider & SLA Management
Expertise in managing IT providers, coordinating efforts, and ensuring strict adherence to SLAs to guarantee high-quality service delivery.

End-to-End Solution Delivery & Compliance
Ability to lead full lifecycle implementation of IT solutions—from design and architecture to deployment, documentation, user acceptance, and compliance with internal standards.

Proactive Network Performance & Optimization
A proactive mindset towards monitoring, analyzing and continuously optimizing network performance for maximum reliability and efficiency.

Robust Operations & Incident Resolution
Strong drive for proactive monitoring, predictive maintenance, fast incident resolution, and post-incident analysis to improve resilience and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive Local IT Infrastructure Management
• Administer servers, storage, network, virtualization, telecom and critical services.
• Develop capacity, continuity and infrastructure evolution plans.
• Implement corporate policies, standards and best practices.

Provider and SLA Management
• Coordinate managed services, telecommunications and external support.
• Monitor SLA, KPI and contract compliance.
• Manage escalations and performance assessments of providers.

Solution Delivery and Compliance
• Lead local and corporate infrastructure projects.
• Design, deploy and document solutions aligned to global standards.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, audits and IT controls.

Network Performance and Optimization
• Monitor LAN/WAN/WiFi and communication equipment.
• Resolve performance degradation and execute preventive actions.
• Improve availability, response times and overall network efficiency.

Operations and Incident Management
• Execute preventive maintenance and operational monitoring.
• Handle incident lifecycle: analysis, escalation, resolution.
• Document configurations, procedures, diagrams and changes.

What You’ll Bring?
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient in English communication skills
• 3–5+ years managing corporate IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in networking, servers, virtualization, telecom and security.
• Experience managing IT and telecom service providers.
• Networking (LAN/WAN/WiFi), switching, firewalls.
• Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V).
• Windows Server, Linux.
• IP Telephony / VoIP.
• Backups, DRP and business continuity.
• Cloud/hybrid platforms (Azure preferred).
• Monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, etc.).
• ITIL Foundation (preferred).
• Technical leadership and hands-on approach.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical problem solving and decision-making.
• Vendor and project management.
• Organization, planning and urgency.
• Results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
