Then come in and join us as the Customer Service Engineer (Aceh and surrounding areas) responsible for executing engineering service tasks, delivering excellent customer service for medium to complex cases, and performing system startups as a fully certified multimodality engineer.

 
Your Role:

  • You will coordinate with Area Team Leader for Service Task related and identify and escalate issues / risks.
  • You will coordinate with Head of Installation for Installation Task related.
  • You will deliver Excellent Service Activities (Service, Troubleshooting, Update, Maintenance) in accordance with their capabilities and certification.
  • You will perform Technical Escalation to Global Remote Pre-clarification (GRP), Regional Support Center (RSC) and Headquarter Support Center (HSC) to give fast troubleshooting results to solve the customer issue.
  • You will request, use, return and report spare parts needed for customer.
  • You will perform proper reporting and service documentation in timely manner to support customer reporting and commercial billing.
  • You will contribute to technical knowledge sharing for the engineering team.
  • You will perform customer technical training when needed.
  • You will maintain good usage of service tools and communicate tools calibration needed to logistics team.
  • You will ensure compliance with internal standards and documentation protocols.
  • You will create Root Cause Analysis of Technical Issues.
  • You will provide technical guidance to customer.

Your Expertise:
  • Understanding of Electronics and Mechanics principles and tools.
  • Ability to clearly convey information, both verbally and in writing.
  • Capable to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and follow-up of troubleshooting progress.
  • Ability to work well with team members and support the Area Team Leader.
  • Basic skills in identifying issues and suggesting possible solutions.
  • Accuracy in troubleshooting activities, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
