We are looking for: SAP Basis Solution Expert and Architecture consultant

You’ll break new ground by:

• Strengthen and continuously improve the SAP S/4HANA system landscape by ensuring stability, scalability, and long‑term sustainability.
• Ensure seamless integration and stable operation of the S/4HANA landscape and connected partner systems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT partners to ensure efficient usage of S/4HANA platform capabilities.
• Ensure stable system operations within the assigned scope and actively steer the AMS provider for SAP Basis–related topics.
• Align closely with the private cloud hosting provider (SAP ECS) and plan, coordinate, and lead all aspects of technical service requests and system changes.
• Establish and maintain a proven foundation of process and technical perfection to prepare the SAP landscape for future requirements.
• Review and assess SAP template releases related to SAP Basis topics.
• Support upgrade, patching, and lifecycle activities, ensuring accurate documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of SAP Basis experience, with 1–2 years in an architectural or solution authority role.
• Strong hands‑on experience as an SAP Basis S/4HANA Consultant.
• Shown expertise in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP HANA, including database administration and security standards.
• Proven hands‑on experience in SAP Basis operations, performance tuning, monitoring, and system lifecycle management.
• Experience with system copies and transport management is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of SAP HANA administration and parametrization, including:
• Table partitioning
• Native Storage Extension (NSE)
• Performance monitoring and optimization
• Experience operating SAP systems in cloud environments, especially SAP ECS.
• Solid grasp of system security, roles and authorizations, and vulnerability mitigation.
• General understanding of infrastructure and integration topics, including: Integration layers and interfaces, SAP BTP, Authentication mechanisms, Printing services
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work successfully in multi-functional and international teams.
• Agile demeanor with a strong customer‑focused approach.
