Your Role and Impact:

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our industrial automation, cybersecurity, and digitalization portfolio in El Salvador. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise and commercial acumen to identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and close deals that deliver significant value. You will be instrumental in guiding our clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring they select and implement the best Siemens solutions for their unique challenges.

What you'll do:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Actively drive revenue growth for your assigned portfolio by identifying new opportunities and maximizing customer value. Leverage your technical and sales expertise to achieve successful outcomes and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal stakeholders from the Sales and Business Units to ensure unified efforts in achieving sales goals. Keep relevant teams informed about pipeline status and market dynamics.
  • Provide Market Feedback: Gather crucial market requirements and customer insights, providing valuable feedback to relevant portfolio teams (e.g., Domain Management, Business Unit teams) to influence product development and strategy.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them through the complex landscape of industrial automation, cybersecurity, and digitalization. Assist them in portfolio selection, solution fit, and implementation to meet their specific needs and objectives.
  • Integrate Technical & Commercial Perspectives: Effectively integrate both technical and commercial perspectives to position our portfolio compellingly, ensuring it meets customer requirements and delivers measurable value.
  • Advance Deal Closure: Play a key role in advancing deal closure by providing critical insights, technical support, and strategic guidance throughout the entire sales process.

What you'll bring:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales or technical roles within industrial automation, industrial cybersecurity, or digitalization.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and solutions.
    • Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity principles and practices.
    • Familiarity with digitalization trends and their application in industrial environments.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal) is essential for technical discussions, presentations, and international collaboration.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify customer needs, articulate value propositions, and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A proactive, customer-focused approach with a strong drive to achieve results.
