Are you a detail-oriented financial specialist with a passion for budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting? Do you enjoy consolidating financial data and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Business Administration Specialist. In this role, you will provide support to the functional departments within your scope of responsibility, particularly in controlling, as part of the GBS FIN Team in Germany.

As a member of the Financial Team, you’ll make a difference by:
  • Processing the charging of your responsible unit and dealing with customer queries e.g. regarding invoices
  • Support financial activities in closing processes
  • Monitor monthly costs, control cost center and support in the forecasting process
  • Dealing with ad-hoc inquiries from different other departments like accounting, taxes etc.
  • Support operational improvements and productivity projects
Your success is grounded in:
  • 3-5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or related area
  • Fluency in German on A2/B1 level or higher is a must, English language knowledge is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP experience
  • Willingness to travel (maximum 2-3 times per year to visit the team in Germany)
