HR Intern / Undergraduate Student – 12-month internship (Mar 2026)

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and forward-thinking HR undergraduate to join our team in Bayswater, Melbourne, for a 12-month internship. This is a unique opportunity to help drive impactful projects that shape the employee experience and contribute to a better workplace for all. We understand the importance of flexibility, so we’re happy to offer 3-5 days (22.8-38 hours) per week to flex with your study schedule.

What You'll Be Doing With Us
You Are:
- an Australian or New Zealand permanent resident or citizen.
- Completing your degree in Human Resources, or similar.
- Proactive and enthusiastic with a positive attitude and eager to dive into new challenges.
- A strong communicator able to express your ideas clearly, whether in writing or discussions.
- Highly organised, excelling at managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
- Curious and resourceful You’re keen to learn, ask questions, and propose new ideas or improvements.
- Excited about shaping employee experiences, recruitment, and organizational change.
- Analytical and Insightful; you enjoy working with data, spotting trends, deriving insights, and presenting them clearly.
