What You'll Be Doing With Us

You Are:

• an Australian or New Zealand permanent resident or citizen.
• Completing your degree in Human Resources, or similar.
• Proactive and enthusiastic with a positive attitude and eager to dive into new challenges.
• A strong communicator able to express your ideas clearly, whether in writing or discussions.
• Highly organised, excelling at managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
• Curious and resourceful You’re keen to learn, ask questions, and propose new ideas or improvements.
• Excited about shaping employee experiences, recruitment, and organizational change.
• Analytical and Insightful; you enjoy working with data, spotting trends, deriving insights, and presenting them clearly.
