Director, Thought Leadership, Analyst Relations & Marketing - AI
- Defining and driving Siemens’ AI narrative: Develop the overarching storylines, positioning, and messaging that articulate Siemens’ AI vision, especially around Physical AI, across industries, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
- Translating technology into impact: Partner closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to turn technical innovations into compelling, executive-ready narratives and visual content that connect with customers and partners.
- Creating flagship content: Produce anchor materials — keynote decks, whitepapers, thought pieces, videos, and demos — that communicate Siemens’ differentiated AI approach and can be adapted by central and field marketing teams worldwide.
- Enabling marketing scale through influence: Work through existing Siemens marketing, communications, and field organizations to deliver and amplify the AI story, providing direction, messaging frameworks, and ready-to-use assets rather than duplicating existing functions.
- Building sales enablement and training: Develop go-to-market and sales enablement materials that help field teams, sales, and partners articulate the value of Siemens AI solutions confidently and consistently.
- Representing Siemens in the global AI ecosystem: Partner with external organizations, conferences, and strategic partners to position Siemens as a leader in AI and digital transformation.
- Leading Siemens’ analyst relations for AI: Build strong, proactive relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other analyst firms. Drive coordinated briefings and strategic engagements that ensure Siemens’ AI strategy, innovations, and differentiated positioning are accurately represented in major market reports, competitive assessments, and industry research.
- Measuring and refine impact: Define KPIs and feedback loops to assess how effectively Siemens’ AI narratives are landing across internal and external audiences.

- Translate the EVP’s strategic vision for Physical AI into clear, differentiated narratives that connect with customers, investors, partners, and the broader AI ecosystem.
- Identify key platforms — from conferences and publications to digital campaigns — where Siemens should lead the global AI conversation.
- Develop and refine messaging for executive communications, including keynotes, media pieces, partner engagements, and internal enablement.
- Act as the connective tissue between the AI leadership team and Siemens’ central and field marketing functions, ensuring that the stories, assets, and training materials you create are delivered consistently across all regions and business units.
- 10+ years of professional marketing, communications, or product marketing experience, with 5+ in technology or AI-related domains
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
