What will you do?
• Lead product design change projects, ensuring technical feasibility, manufacturing readiness, and quality compliance.
• Manage APQP phases from planning, design, validation, and final handover to production.
• Coordinate activities between design engineering, quality, production, purchasing, and suppliers.
• Perform process, capacity, ergonomic, and efficiency analyses to guarantee manufacturability.
• Create and update technical documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, work instructions, process flow, layout, and process AMEF.
• Validate and launch new equipment, tooling, and fixtures required for design changes.
• Track project KPIs (timing, cost, impact to production) and ensure deliverable completion.
• Support internal and external audits related to design or engineering changes.
• Drive improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering methodologies.

What you need to succeed?
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Or a related field
• 4+ years leading engineering change or product design modification projects.
• Proven experience working with APQP for product launches or change implementation.
• Cross‑functional project coordination with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Experience managing engineering deliverables, validations, and production readiness.

Industrial Engineering Methods (detailed)
• Time and motion studies
• Line balancing
• Ergonomic and workload analysis
• Capacity planning

• Variability analysis and process optimization
• Tooling and fixture specification

Other skills
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• Basic CAD skills and/or blueprint interpretation.
• SAP, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
