You'll make an impact by
- You support the People & Organization Business Partner Team in global projects and strategic HR topics, applying your theoretical knowledge from your ongoing studies in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar fields
- Building on this, you assist in preparing management presentations and accompanying personnel development programs, ensuring clear communication and effective organization
- Furthermore, you contribute creative ideas to the design and evaluation of innovative learning concepts, helping to structure content and prepare engaging materials for diverse audiences
- In addition, you independently handle analysis and reporting tasks, actively revising PowerBI dashboards and optimizing data-driven processes within the team
- To round off your responsibilities, you coordinate administrative tasks using digital collaboration tools, continuously seeking opportunities to streamline workflows and support team efficiency
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently successfully studying Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- You have a strong interest in international HR work and ideally bring some initial practical experience, preferably in HR
- You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, have an affinity for data, digital tools, and media, and ideally some experience with video creation and editing
- Ideally, you are familiar with the use of dashboards in Power BI and AI/LLMs
- Ways of Working: You work independently, show initiative, and bring creativity as well as a hands-on mentality to your daily tasks
- Languages: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
