Sales Manager - LVM

Location: Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for achieving the assigned order income targets for LV Motors in Ahmedabad and Saurashtra region.

  • Drive order acquisition from Direct customers as well as Indirect customers through Channel Partners in the assigned territory.

  • Plan, develop, and achieve business targets across End Users, EPC, and OEM segments.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in new markets and emerging segments.

  • Ensure a systematic sales approach, support CRM processes, and maintain high standards of data quality and market transparency.

  • Manage and grow key accounts, focusing on top retention and conversion customers.

  • Lead product promotion initiatives such as in-plant customer seminars, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.

  • Enhance the effectiveness of channel partners by engaging them in capability building, competence enhancement, and joint promotional events.


Requirements

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.

  • 8–10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in LV Motors, electrical products, or industrial automation.

  • Strong technical knowledge of LV Motors and related applications.

  • Proven experience in handling End Users, EPCs, OEMs, and Channel Partners.

  • Excellent communication and articulation skills with a strong sales attitude and growth mindset.

  • Strong account management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining sales data accuracy.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
