Sales – LV Motors
Location: Bhubaneswar
Region: Eastern India
Role Overview:
Sales Manager responsible for LV Motors customer handling and business development in Eastern India.
Key Responsibilities:
Enquiry generation, product selection, offer preparation, regular follow-up, negotiation, and order closure
Direct & indirect sales and channel management
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and regular updation of CRM tools
Business planning, review, and business information management
Product presentations and product seminars
Adherence to sales process guidelines, approvals, and documentation
Monitor and achieve assigned sales targets
Regular business review with channel partners for business development
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory)
5+ years of experience in LV Motors / Switchgear sales
Good knowledge of switchgears & motors
Conversant with commercial concepts and channel handling
Quality and result-oriented with strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit
