Senior Executive Communications Manager (f/m/d) - Storytelling & Speechwriting

You will play a pivotal role in translating highly sophisticated technical and strategic information into compelling, impactful, and authentic narratives that resonate across diverse global audiences. As a key member of our CEO Communications Department, you will be instrumental in shaping the voice and message of the CEO, significantly improving the perception of Siemens as a leading technology company.

Your impact.
- Collaborate on the strategic conception, development, and execution of CEO communications across all channels (speeches, keynotes, executive messages, briefings, and events). Focus on ensuring the highest standards in storytelling, tonality, and impact.
- Transform highly complex technological and business topics into clear, concise, and emotionally engaging stories and messages that persuade both internal and external partners.
- Develop inspiring speeches, presentations, talking points, opinion articles, quotes and briefings for the CEO in German and English, demonstrating a deep understanding of C-level requirements.
- Fine-tune the message and tonality of the CEO's communication for a wide range of audiences (e.g., business leaders, governments, political leaders, academia, industry associations, employees) and various channels.
- Contribute significantly to the quality assurance and expert crafting of all CEO speeches and key messages. Actively introduce standards in executive communication and assist more junior colleagues in their application.
- Build and maintain an extensive network across the entire organization to gather relevant information and identify and develop compelling new stories.
How you'll win us over?
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent in Communications, Humanities, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience and skills:
- Minimum of 7 years of comprehensive and proven professional experience in executive communications and speech-writing, particularly at the C-level, ideally within a global technology company or a comparably complex environment.
- In-depth understanding of current technology trends (e.g., AI, automation, digitalization, sustainability technologies) and the ability to make their relevance and impact understandable to a broad audience.
- Extensive experience in developing thought leadership content
- Demonstrable experience in collaborating with international teams on complex projects.
- A journalistic background or comparable experience in editing or content management is a significant advantage.
- Shown success in developing and implementing communication strategies.
