What are my responsibilities?

• Standardize and automate the project resource planning landscape across 12 Siemens segments within two legal entities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain visual reports and dashboards to display project resource planning data (BID, OEC, EAC) using data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Establish and document project process guidelines to ensure accurate and timely monthly updates of resource planning activities.
• Perform interim site deviation management tasks, ensuring proper tracking, reporting, and alignment with project governance standards.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Undergraduate student or master student in faculty of Management / Business Administration / Economics or a related area.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
• Ability to work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong influence.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.
• Open minded and highly collaborative.
