We are currently seeking a high-energy, experienced Program Manager to join our team The Program Manager is a key role within the Consulting Services team. The Program Manager is responsible for managing the execution of electronic design services projects. We are seeking a leader, with a successful track record for building customer loyalty through clear and consistent delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate strategically with account teams and Technical leads to drive successful sales campaigns and identify new business opportunities.
  • Use services offering based input forms to capture Customer objectives and requirements
  • Lead the technical scoping process with assigned technical leads, translating customer requirements into comprehensive project effort estimates and compelling project proposals.
  • Develop, maintain, and adapt comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables, using industry-standard project management tools.
  • Oversee and drive project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and customer expectations, while proactively managing dependencies and roadblocks.
  • Implement and manage robust project governance frameworks, tracking key performance indicators (important metrics), and providing clear, data-driven reports to partners on project status, risks, and progress.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating as appropriate to ensure project success.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency, quality, and measurable business outcomes.

Required skills and experience:

  • Hands-on experience leading complex electronic design projects from concept to completion.
  • Profound understanding and practical application of the entire PCB development lifecycle, including design, layout, library management, and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Proficiency in High-Speed Design (HSD) analysis, simulation tools, and methodologies, with the ability to guide technical discussions.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with a proven track record of successful customer engagements and expertly managing the renewal of service contracts.
  • Deep expertise in project governance and various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Demonstrated experience in comprehensive project planning, proactive risk management, scope control, and effective change management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile certifications) is highly preferred.
