Salary: from 1 900 EUR Gross / month (*We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. This salary is for junior candidate. We carefully consider your professional qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions. Our goal is to pay our employee's fairly, with regard to the market situation and we are ready to welcome high-quality candidates in our team.)


We are looking for a detail-oriented professionals to join our team and oversee the development and implementation of travel expense and reimbursement topics. If you enjoy solving technical puzzles and ensuring top-notch service quality, this is the role for you!


Your Mission

In this role, you will be the backbone of our T&E operations, ensuring that everything from system profiles to expense audits runs like clockwork.

  • System Administration: Manage user profiles in SAP Concur and coordinate data delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Identify booking errors and system glitches, coordinating with partners and SAP Concur support to find swift resolutions.
  • Process Excellence: Advise leadership on process improvements and lead smaller projects to optimize workflows.
  • Quality Assurance: Support new release testing and maintain documentation for external tax audits.
  • 1st Level Support: Act as the key contact for customers, managers, and our nearshoring audit center to resolve technical queries.
  • Role Management: Create and manage specialized technical roles and substitution rules within the system.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Languages: Professional fluency in both English and German is required for daily communication.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP Concur is highly valued.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot errors and manage tickets independently.
  • Reliability: Commitment to meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) regarding cost, quality, and time.
