Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Student Internship Program – Project Operations Assistant (6 Months) for Project Team in Bangkok.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and monitor action items to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Follow up with stakeholders to gather required updates, documentation, and approvals.
- Support procurement activities, including submitting purchase requests, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with expense tracking.
- Coordinate with clients to arrange business travel logistics, including flight and hotel bookings.
- Liaise with consultants to facilitate work permit arrangements for colleagues traveling to Thailand for business purposes.

- Knowledge of Electrical engineering in the field of High-Medium voltage technology with good
- Current student in Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Clear written and verbal communication; can summarize information succinctly.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
