Apply now for the position of Customer Service Engineer for our Territory 4, which involves Lazio, Umbria, Abruzzo and Molise. In this role you will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining Healthcare Diagnostic equipment with reference to Angiography and Electrophysiology within the designated territory.

Your role:

  • You will manage face-to-face customer relationships, serving as the primary on-site point of contact.
  • You will execute all scheduled preventive maintenance on assigned assets to ensure peak performance and compliance.
  • You will collaborate with Project Managers and Application Specialists to deliver and implement complex technical solutions
  • You will liaise with the Customer Care and Regional Support Centers to guarantee timely and effective issue resolution.
  • You will provide timely reporting of potential issues to the dedicated Complaint Unit, ensuring full documentation and follow-up.

Your expertise:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar technical or field service role.
  • Location: Based in the Lazio region (or willing to relocate).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or a High School Diploma with a technical specialization in Electronics.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of Digital Healthcare systems and standards.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • IT Skills: Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows OS.
  • Strong willingness to travel within the assigned territory and across Italy; availability for frequent travel in Central Italy, with occasional national and international assignments.
