- Driveprocess standardization, optimization, and maturity by applying best practices (e.g., ITIL, ISTQB) and establishing clear, contradiction‑free process frameworks.
- Establish and maintain application lifecycle management processes and practices, ensuring that standards are understood, implemented, and continually improved across the organization.
- Shape and optimize the test management approach for digital solutions, including defining the overall test strategy, enabling test automation, and ensuring a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and reusability.
- Enable stakeholders to take test management and automation to the next level by providing expert guidance and end‑to‑end process ownership of strategy, planning, quality gates, defect management, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the full process‑design lifecycle—from analysis and definition to implementation and rollout—ensuring quality, risk mitigation, and strong alignment with business goals.
- Defineand govern global processes with focus on development and operations of digital solutions, ensuring they are simple, consistent, and easy for teams to apply.
Education:
Preferably, you hold a university degree in information technology, computer science, or a comparable field.
Technical Skills
- Over 7 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a strong focus on Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Test Management, applying industry best practices such as ITIL and ISTQB.
- Proven expertise in designing, establishing, and continuously improving standardized end-to-end processes across the full application lifecycle, from development and testing through to operations.
- Extensive experience in shaping and optimizing test management approaches for digital solutions, including overall test strategy, test planning, quality gates, defect management, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated success in enabling and scaling test automation, with a strong emphasis on quality, efficiency, reuse, and sustainable implementation in agile and hybrid environments.
- Solid knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies, including SCRUM and SAFe, and their integration into enterprise-wide governance and process landscapes; certifications are an advantage.
- Track record of leading global process governance and transformation initiatives, covering the full lifecycle from analysis and definition through implementation and rollout.
- Ability to operate and support digital solutions while engaging in technical discussions at eye level with development, test, operations, and business stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills to understand complex interdependencies and develop pragmatic, end-to-end solutions in collaboration with international and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with a consistent focus on long-term objectives, sustainable process maturity, and alignment with business and customer goals.
- High capability to evaluate options holistically, balance risks, and drive sound, sustainable decisions.
- Excellent communication, moderation, and negotiation skills, enabling effective decision-making and implementation across functions and hierarchical levels.
- Assertive yet collaborative leadership style, allowing for the successful introduction and enforcement of global standards and processes while maintaining team engagement.
- Strong digital competencies in researching, analyzing, and structuring data and information to efficiently identify challenges and improvement opportunities.
- Business-fluent English for international collaboration; German language is welcome.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 3000EUR brutto /month + VAR*
