• Overall responsibility of Incoming inspection, responsible for team management in incoming quality area.
• Generate Incoming Inspection Plan & Create Sample Test Report in PRISMA.
• Verify generated Inspection Report made by Incoming Quality Technicians.
• Uploading Inspection Reports in PRISMA for Sample Release.
• Create & Change Inspection Lot for parts in SAP as per PRISMA Release.
• Give usage decision for Inspected parts in SAP.
• Generation of backup data of KPI & Monthly KPI Reporting to Factory.
• Analysis report of critical parts.
• Participate in Quality Circle Meeting for any related issues, improvements within the department or in assembly shop floor.
• Work with cross functional departments which comprises of R&D, DTO, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, Production & Quality Assurance for analysis and part releases. Release of parts in PRISMA with STR reports.
• Upgrade, Upkeep of measuring Instrument / Equipment and coordinate with Process Planning for timely Calibration & Certification.
• Generate Non-Conformance Report for any deviated parts and process Rejection Delivery Note. Analysis report of inline rejections.
• Supervise Rejection Area for Proper Identification (RDN, Label) & ensure rejected parts are delivered back to Supplier.
• To follow up with the Supplier for the corrective actions for the reported non conformances and do analysis.
• Third party Deputation for CT, Transformer Inspection, Follow Up for Closure Action & Clearing Invoices.
• Coordinating with Third Party Inspection Labs for Test Reports.
• Adhere to the company QMS, EHS, OHS, En MS policy.
• Ensure Safety at workplace & report data (Safety Heart) monthly for any accident or near miss.
