Siemens is operating Workday HCM in more than 45 countries and aims to roll out Workday world wide based on global processes. Our internal Team of Workday Specialists is supporting Workday Projects and Operations across different Workstreams.
Your mission as Workday Prism & Reporting Specialist will be…
• Discover, analyze and solve PRISM & Reporting related issues in the system
• Identify and realize improvements within Workday PRISM;
• Data management and data integration between Workday and other applications for Prism Reporting;
• Focus to secure global system and process stability by managing regular operations tasks within the Operations Team;
• Lead PRISM implementation projects in collaboration with Reporting Team and other departments
• Implement Change Requests based on Solution Designs including IT-Testing and Deployment;
• Support Proof-of-concepts (POCs);
• Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework.
We are looking for someone with…
• 3+ Years General Technical Experience across all Workday modules;
• 1+ Years Specific Technical Experience in Workday Prism Analytics & Reporting, ideally for various companies/clients;
• Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics;
• Very strong analytical problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change;
• Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service;
• Drive and a desire to get things done proactively
• Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a good understanding of a larger application and interfaces landscape
• Good knowledge in implementing and maintaining a Workday PRISM setup which includes areas like Workday Prism data integration from different sources, PRISM data management with transformation & publishing, PRISM Role setup, Data Security and Data Governance, Worksheets, Workday Custom Reports, Workday Dashboard and Discovery Boards
• Professional Business English (must have)
