New Product Industrialisation:
• Process Design & Implementation: You'll develop, design and implement robust manufacturing processes for new global products.
• Product Design Collaborator: Working closely with our Product Design teams, you'll ensure that new products are designed for manufacturability, bridging the gap between product development and production.
• Cost Reduction & Vendor Validation: You'll contribute to cost reduction initiatives by validating new vendors and strengthening our supply partnerships.
What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical).
• Proven experience in factory layout design and optimisation within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software for factory layout design.
• Experience in new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing process development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills to work effectively with product design teams, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Digital Twin concepts is a plus.
