We are looking for: IT Service Owner

You’ll break new ground by:

• Act as the end-to-end owner of assigned IT services across their entire lifecycle (strategy, develop, transition, operation, and improvement).
• Define and maintain service scope, service roadmaps, and service documentation.
• Ensure services meet business needs, performance expectations, security, and compliance requirements.
• Handle service performance, including SLAs, KPIs, availability, and incident/problem trends.
• Drive continuous service improvement (incl. productivity improvements like automation and AI) in collaboration with operations, architecture, and business partners incl. drive productivity improvements like automation and AI
• Coordinate and handle service providers and vendors, including contractual and performance reviews.
• Plan, implement, and deliver IT projects in accordance with agreed scope, timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Handle project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely partner concern where vital.
• Lead multi-functional project teams and ensure effective partnership between IT and business partners.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Ensure proper transition of project results into stable operations and service ownership
• Lead masterclasses and communities

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 12–15 years of experience in IT Service Management and/or IT Project Management.
• Proven knowledge of ITIL principles and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Superb communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a sophisticated, international environment.
• Experience working with external suppliers and multi-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of Automation and Agentic AI technologies.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Ability to work independently on sophisticated topics as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem‑solving approach with effective debugging skills.
• Proactive, quality‑driven, and results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work optimally within agile, globally distributed teams.
