We are looking for: IT Service Owner
You’ll break new ground by:
- Act as the end-to-end owner of assigned IT services across their entire lifecycle (strategy, develop, transition, operation, and improvement).
- Define and maintain service scope, service roadmaps, and service documentation.
- Ensure services meet business needs, performance expectations, security, and compliance requirements.
- Handle service performance, including SLAs, KPIs, availability, and incident/problem trends.
- Drive continuous service improvement (incl. productivity improvements like automation and AI) in collaboration with operations, architecture, and business partners incl. drive productivity improvements like automation and AI
- Coordinate and handle service providers and vendors, including contractual and performance reviews.
- Plan, implement, and deliver IT projects in accordance with agreed scope, timelines, costs, and quality standards.
- Handle project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely partner concern where vital.
- Lead multi-functional project teams and ensure effective partnership between IT and business partners.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Ensure proper transition of project results into stable operations and service ownership
- Lead masterclasses and communities
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
- 12–15 years of experience in IT Service Management and/or IT Project Management.
- Proven knowledge of ITIL principles and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Superb communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a sophisticated, international environment.
- Experience working with external suppliers and multi-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of Automation and Agentic AI technologies.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Ability to work independently on sophisticated topics as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem‑solving approach with effective debugging skills.
- Proactive, quality‑driven, and results‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work optimally within agile, globally distributed teams.
