We are looking for: SAP ACS (BIS) DevOps Solution Expert (technical)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ACS / BIS Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be operating IT and business process general controls, using their knowledge and experience in SAP ACS (GRC) in large corporate environments, with a good focus on Service delivery, technical collaboration with business teams and technical excellence.

You’ll break new ground by:

• Serve as the technical ACS/BIS SME for Siemens Compliance and Integrity Screening platform, providing expert mentorship on technical solution architecture, integration, and operational standard methodologies.
• Design, Development and Business Services / Operations of SAP controls
• Support technical operations related to Siemens Data Cloud (SDC) based on Snowflake, ensuring system reliability, performance, and data quality.
• Drive operations initiatives within the SAP and SDC environment, including enhancements, automation, and custom solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align capabilities with business needs.
• Solve and resolve sophisticated issues across the landscapes.
• Document technical processes, configurations, and service workflows.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 7–12 years of experience as an SAP ACS (BIS) DevOps Solution Guide.
• Validated knowledge and experience in SAP ACS (Assurance and Compliance Software) and SAP BIS (Business Integrity Screening) development and operations, including ABAP and SAP Workflow capabilities.
• Showed strength in debugging and maintaining ABAP code for SAP ACS.
• Understanding of Siemens Data Cloud (SDC) components, including Snowflake, Kafka, and DataOps workflows.
• Hands-on experience with SAP data integrations.
• Proficiency with compliance frameworks, IT Service Management based on ITIL4, and enterprise data governance.
• Experience with ITIL4-based IT service delivery, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in large-scale, multi-system environments with global data flows.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to manage partner expectations, including clients and project teams.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and communicate progress effectively.
• Ability to analyze sophisticated compliance requirements.
• Strong diagnostic skills to identify root causes of sophisticated system issues and business process inefficiencies.
• Ability to propose, invent, and develop effective technical solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, and business users.
• Strong coordination and collaboration skills with team members across different roles.
• Willingness to supply expertise while respecting different perspectives.
