You’ll make a difference by:

• Supporting the marketing and promotion of training sessions across digital and offline channels

• Coordinating training sessions and partner activities, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications

• Preparing and managing training materials, ensuring timely distribution

• Tracking attendance and maintaining accurate training records

• Assisting with onboarding activities and learning programs

• Providing administrative and coordination support for meetings, training activities, and team operations

• Supporting other ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as assigned

You’ll win us over by:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, social media platforms).

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

• A proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work with various stakeholders
