We are looking for: IT Solution Expert - SAP R3 HR and CS Consultant

You’ll break new ground by:

• Strong HR/HCM functional expertise including: Interpersonal Management (PA/OM), Personal Administration, CATS, Time evaluation, Travel Management, ALE & AIF frameworks
• Experience in Spiridon HR/HCM processes, especially integration with ERP processes and HCM Cloud (e.g., Workday).
• Foundational CS process knowledge: Ibase management, Classes system, Preventive maintenance, Repair and Installation handling, Call handling with time & materials backreporting, Billing processes
• CS integration with CO, SD, MM and preferably HR.
• Experience in: Mobile solutions (MAM, MDM),eService / customer portals, AIF, Spiridon CS processes (Notifications, Workpools, Interfaces, EXR)

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Validated hands‑on experience in SAP Basis operations, performance tuning, monitoring and lifecycle management - experience in system copies, transport management beneficial
• Experience with operating SAP systems
• Solid grasp of system security, roles & authorizations, vulnerability mitigation
• General understanding of infrastructure topics (integration layers, interfaces, SAP BTP, authentication, printing services, etc.)
• Ability to work optimally in multi-functional and international teams, Agile attitude, Strong customer focus
• 10+ years of experience in SAP
• Problem solving capability
• Superb communication and coordination skills.
