  • 领导仓库持续改进(CIP)活动,通过创新和数字化解决方案和技术寻求机会并推动成本、生产力和绩效优化。
  • 领导物流相关项目,以满足业务需求,实现销售增长,并为客户提供卓越的体验(专注于仓库项目,如流程设置/变更、招标、合同谈判和仓库搬迁项目等)。
  • 维护清晰准确的项目文档和沟通记录,向高级管理层汇报项目状态和进度,促进团队内部和跨部门之间的有效沟通与协作。
  • 管理仓库相关合同,以确保从采购到付款的所有既定流程都符合要求。
  • 支持卓越运营设置/执行和仓库战略制定,具有端到端交付的战略思维和专业知识。

你需要具备的品质:

  • 本科或以上学历,希望但不局限于供应链管理、物流管理、工商管理、工业工程等专业。
  • 3-5年仓库、物流或供应链相关项目管理经验,有大型仓储项目经验者优先。
  • 熟悉仓库运营流程、最佳实践和行业趋势。
  • 了解SAP IM和WM模块的相关知识和SAP的基础知识、仓库自动化技术(如AS/RS、AGV、机器人)和趋势。
  • 热爱仓库领域,愿意以成长心态迎接变化和挑战。
  • 良好的逻辑思维能力和数字分析能力,具备战略性思维。
  • 出色的项目规划、组织、执行和控制能力。熟练使用项目管理软件(如MS Project)和办公软件。具备项目管理知识体系(PMBOK)或PMP/Prince2认证者优先。
  • 卓越的沟通、协调和谈判能力。强大的问题解决和决策能力。结果导向,能够在压力下工作并管理多个项目。
  • 语言能力:英语流利(口语和书面),能熟练进行商务沟通。

About Us:

Deliver Chain Management China (DCM CN) is one of the important business partners of Siemens DI China, who provides the operation services and solutions to both internal and external customers along the End to End deliver chain. According to the diversified customer requirements and DI China’s business and product features, we implement whole process quality control and operation management for all deliver functions, including order management, warehouse management, transportation management, package, material planning, project business logistics management, etc. With close collaboration with other key partners, such as SU FIN, Domain FIN, SCM, OC, etc., DCM CN drives the End to End deliver chain performance management and digitalization. Our vision is to utilize our systematic and professional logistics services to bring about competitive advantages to DI China and create value for our customers in the end.

For our Deliver Chain Management China (DCM CN) team, we are looking for a Logistics Project Manager(Warehouse focus) to help us drive supply chain management within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

  • Leading warehouse Continuous Improvement (CIP) activities to seek opportunities and drive cost, productivity, and performance optimization through innovative and digital solutions and technologies.
  • Leading logistics-related projects to meet business needs, enable sales growth, and provide superior experiences to customers (focus on warehouse projects, e.g., process setup/change, tender, contract negotiation, and warehouse relocation projects).
  • Maintaining clear and accurate project documentation and communication records, reporting project progress to management and stakeholders, and fostering effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
  • Managing warehouse-related contracts to ensure all defined processes, from procurement to payment, are in compliance.
  • Supporting operation excellence setup/execution and warehouse strategy development, with strategic thinking and know-how for end-to-end delivery.

Your defining qualities

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred but not limited to majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, etc.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in project management focused on warehouse, logistics, or supply chain-related projects; experience in large-scale warehouse projects is a plus.
  • Professional knowledge:
    • Familiarity with warehouse operations processes, best practices, and industry trends.
    • Knowledge of SAP IM/WM and general SAP knowledge.
    • Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies (e.g., AS/RS, AGV, robotics) and trends.
    • Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
  • Core competencies:
    • Passion for the warehouse field, willing to embrace changes and challenges with a growth mindset.
    • Good logical thinking and data analysis skills, with strategic thinking.
    • Excellent project planning, organization, execution, and control skills.
    • Outstanding communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Result-oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
    • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and office productivity tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) for business communication.
