Stiamo cercando un/una Apprendista per Electrification & Automation, a Milano, da inserire all’interno della Business Unit Electrification and Automation, che verrà formato/a in 2 anni come Apprendista Systems and Network Engineer.

Le tue principali responsabilità 

Come Apprendista Systems and Network Engineer, ti occuperai di: 

  • Supportare il tutor nella progettazione e nello sviluppo di applicazioni tecniche per sistemi di controllo e SCADA. 

  • Collaborare nelle attività di FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) e SAT (Site Acceptance Test), sia in Italia che all’estero. 

  • Supportare la creazione di strumenti e procedure di testing per garantire affidabilità e performance dei sistemi. 

  • Assistere nella configurazione e nello sviluppo tecnico di sistemi di controllo e automazione per applicazioni AT/MT (Alta e Media Tensione). 

  • Acquisire competenze sul portafoglio Siemens (SCADA, RTU, dispositivi di rete). 

  • Collaborare nella gestione di progetti di rete e automazione, sviluppando progressivamente autonomia operativa. 

Requisiti 

  • Meno di 30 anni (come da normativa dell’apprendistato). 

  • Diploma tecnico o laurea in Elettrotecnica/Elettrica o titolo equivalente (es. ITS). 

  • Ottima conoscenza di inglese e italiano. 

  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team, buone capacità comunicative e relazionali. 

  • Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico.

We are looking for an Apprentice for Electrification & Automation, in Milan within the Electrification and Automation Business Unit area who will be trained in 2 years as Systems and Network Engineer Apprentice. 

During the apprenticeship you will receive comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

Your Challenge 

As Systems and Network Engineer Apprenticeship some of your main activities will be: 

  • Support the tutor in designing and developing technical applications for control and SCADA systems. 

  • Collaborate in executing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) in Italy and abroad. 

  • Support the creation of testing tools and procedures to ensure system reliability and performance. 

  • Assist in the configuration and technical development of control and automation systems for HV/MV applications. 

  • Support in gaining expertise on Siemens’ portfolio (SCADA, RTU, network devices). 

  • Collaborate in managing network and automation projects, progressively developing operational autonomy

Required entry qualifications: 

  • You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract 

  • You are fresh graduate or you have an Electrical or Electrotecnical Degree or technical academic background or equivalent (ex: ITS Degree) 

  • Proficiency in English and Italian 

  • Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work in a changing environment
