We are looking for an Apprentice for the Electrification & Automation Business Unit of Smart Infrastructures in our Lead Country Bundle who will be trained in 2 years as Finance Project Controller.

Your Challenge 

As an Apprentice Finance Project Controller some of your main activities will be: 

• Provide support for finance activities, including order entry, change orders and invoicing. 

• Support in finance project controlling tasks, such as project review meetings. 

• Ensure accurate data and insights to drive project profitability and enhance performance metrics through detailed project reporting and analysis. 

• Regularly monitor and evaluate project KPIs. 

• Assist in the preparation of monthly project forecasts. 

• Ensure project accounting complies with government accounting standards as well as company policies and procedures. 

• Maintain adherence to internal controls, including ICFR standards. 

• Analyzing the digital skills needed for the finance role in the future and supporting the digitalization.  

Required entry qualifications: 

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract 

• You gained a finance internship experience 

• You are fresh graduate in Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering; 

• You have excellent command of Italian language as well as English 

• Aspiration to develop a finance path and growth 

• Genuine interest for digitalization 

• Knowledge of office 365, SAP will be a plus 

• Ability to work in team and think about everything from the customer perspective 

• You are a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element 

• Openness to a temporary relocation in Italy or abroad 

• European Work Permit
