What You Will Do
As a Manufacturing Engineer focused on digitalization, you will be responsible for driving improvements within operational processes by implementing digital solutions. Your role will optimize workflows, enable data-driven decision-making, and accelerate digital transformation across the organization. This position requires a hands-on technical expert with strong leadership and communication skills.

You’ll Create Impact By:
  • Leading manufacturing improvement projects, including but not limited to digitalization initiatives.
  • Serving as the digitalization ambassador, managing projects related to digital transformation.
  • Acting as a cybersecurity ambassador to maintain cybersecurity governance (CYS) within operations.
  • Driving AI implementation projects across operations and office environments.
  • Collaborating with HQ to implement global KPIs and execute top-down strategic projects.
  • Developing digital solutions through full lifecycle management, including testing, managing, enhancing, and optimizing software solutions.
  • Spearheading initiatives such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), SAP scripting, and Python automation.
  • Managing IT/OT data around manufacturing processes and coordinating network infrastructure with IT.
  • Collaborating closely with the IT department for seamless integration and support.
Preferred Qualities:
  • High interest in the latest technologies and innovations.
  • Knowledge or experience in sustainability processes and energy management systems.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile beyond listed responsibilities to support manufacturing improvement projects.
Your Defining Qualities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering but proficiencies in programming (Computer science), or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience leading high-impact, multidisciplinary projects related to digitalization and process improvement.
  • Proficient in business analysis for project implementation.
  • Over 2 years of hands-on experience in software or web development, database server.,SQL
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and PHP 
  • Previous experience in developing web applications using native PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Laravel framework.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
  • Experience managing AI projects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of digital frameworks and the project digital landscape.
  • Strong communication skills.
