As a Working Student Digital Tools & Process Innovation in Product Development (f/m/d) at Erlangen, you’ll drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies like AI into our workflows, actively support project management, and bring your ideas for smarter, more efficient tools to life.

You'll make an impact by

• You support the Project Lead team in their daily project management and controlling activities by maintaining and further developing existing tools and dashboards, primarily using Python and React.js
• Building on this, you help integrate AI technologies and automation agents into our workflows, driving forward the digital transformation of our product development processes
• In addition, you assist in ensuring that project management and controlling are underpinned by reliable, up-to-date tooling, enabling transparent and efficient decision-making
• To continuously improve our operations, you proactively identify opportunities for increased efficiency and propose innovative digital solutions in close collaboration with project leads and stakeholders

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience and Skills:
  • Practical experience or strong knowledge in Python and/or React.js
  • Interest and familiarity with AI technologies, automation, and digital transformation
  • Having some experience with digital tools that support project management or controlling is a plus
• Ways of Working: You are curious, analytical, and comfortable familiarizing yourself with new tools and structures while working independently
• Languages: Very good command of either English or German (written and spoken)
