We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Sales Admin / Pre-Sales Agent, who will support the sales department and ensure the smooth running of quotation processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Administrative support for the sales team in preparing quotations

  • Processing requests in the system (Salesforce) and handling ticketing tasks

  • Reviewing and completing quotation documentation

  • Cooperating with internal teams and handing over materials to downstream departments

  • Monitoring SLA compliance and managing data

 

Candidate requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, sales, or support role (e.g. sales support, back office, etc.)

  • Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce is an advantage)

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • English and German at a communicative level (required)

  • Ability to work with data and documentation

  • Independence, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
