We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Hourly Technician to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site on 2^nd shift. As a Manufacturing Engineer Hourly Technician – Advanced Manufacturing, you’ll work alongside of Manufacturing and Industrial Engineers completing non-direct labor work such as testing fixtures, building workstations, completing pilot builds, and contributing to the development of standard work.

Shift Hours: 1st Shift; 7:30 AM – 3:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $35.75 + (5% Shift Differential) 

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ months experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
• Experience in utilizing basic mechanical and electrical tools.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

• Basic digital literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

• Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend the English Language.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two-year technical degree
• 1+ years supporting manufacturing in a technician role
• Experience applying Advanced Manufacturing Six Sigma concepts in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD or similar software applications

You’ll make an impact by:

• Supporting projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory while collaborating with multi-functional teams to achieve plant goals.
• Developing standards and work instructions while actively participating in and supporting advanced manufacturing activities and training throughout the facility.
• Conducting problem investigations, cause analysis, implementation, and follow-up.
• Developing and maintaining systems associated with production processes.
• Contributing to the development of manufacturing tools, fixtures, and standards, and the deployment of these systems at large.
• Performs other work as advised by Supervision.
