We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Hourly Technician to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site on 2nd shift. As a Manufacturing Engineer Hourly Technician – Advanced Manufacturing, you’ll work alongside of Manufacturing and Industrial Engineers completing non-direct labor work such as testing fixtures, building workstations, completing pilot builds, and contributing to the development of standard work.
Shift Hours: 1st Shift; 7:30 AM – 3:30 AM
Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $35.75 + (5% Shift Differential)
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ months experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
- Experience in utilizing basic mechanical and electrical tools.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Basic digital literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend the English Language.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two-year technical degree
- 1+ years supporting manufacturing in a technician role
- Experience applying Advanced Manufacturing Six Sigma concepts in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD or similar software applications
You’ll make an impact by:
- Supporting projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory while collaborating with multi-functional teams to achieve plant goals.
- Developing standards and work instructions while actively participating in and supporting advanced manufacturing activities and training throughout the facility.
- Conducting problem investigations, cause analysis, implementation, and follow-up.
- Developing and maintaining systems associated with production processes.
- Contributing to the development of manufacturing tools, fixtures, and standards, and the deployment of these systems at large.
- Performs other work as advised by Supervision.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.75 per hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
