1. Responsible for assembly process design, development and optimization of convertor products to ensure efficient and stable production. 负责变频器装配工艺的设计、开发与优化，确保高效、稳定生产。
2. Develop assembly process flow, standard operating procedures, solve the process problems of the convertor in the production process, solve the problems related to product design, and perform failure analysis on the process. 制定变频器装配工艺流程、标准操作程序，解决生产过程中变频器装配的工艺问题，解决与产品设计相关的问题，并对过程进行失效分析。
3. Participate in new product research and development, provide professional advice and technical support, verify the feasibility and reliability of new processes, and provide reference for product design. 参与新产品研发，提供专业意见和技术支持，验证新工艺的可行性与可靠性，为产品设计提供参考依据。
4. Design and selection of fixture, cooperate with the team to complete the installation, debugging and maintenance of the fixture, ensure the stable operation of the process, and reduce the production cost. 进行生产过程中设备、工装夹具的设计与选型，协同团队完成设备、工装的安装、调试与维护，保障生产过程的稳定操作，降低生产成本。
5. Follow the development trend of inverter technology at home and abroad, and be able to propose product improvement and technological innovation programs. 跟踪国内外变频器技术发展趋势，能够提出产品改进和技术创新方案。
6. Support test engineer for product failures during testing, and support Service for the failure analysis. 支持测试工程师解决测试中的产品问题，并支持服务进行失效分析。
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级交办的其它任务。

Position Requirement:
职位要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, Master is preferred. Major in automation, mechanical or electrical engineering related. 大学本科以上学历，硕士学历优先。自动化、机械或者电气工程相关专业。
2. More than 5 years working experience of manufacturing engineer in related manufacturing industry. Be familiar with convertor assembly production process. 5年以上相关行业工艺工程师经验，熟悉变频器装配生产过程。
3. Be familiar with convertor design principles is preferred, including convertor and power component selection, drive circuit design, protection circuit design, etc. 了解变频器设计原理者优先，包括功率元器件选型，驱动电路设计，保护电路等。
4. Having experience in the rail transit industry and after-sales service is preferred. 有轨道交通行业经验，售后服务经验优先。
5. Having experience in the development of power modules and converters is preferred. 有功率模块和变频器产品开发经验优先。
6. Having good English communication skill, especially in reading and writing. 具备较好的英语沟通能力，尤其在读写方面。
