Apply now for Country Head of Finance (Customer Services), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall financial operations within the country, aligning financial strategies with business objectives and driving financial performance. This role requires strategic leadership, effective business partnering, financial planning expertise and strong stakeholder management skills to support the profitability and growth of customer service offerings.

Your Role:
  • You will be responsible to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the business goals and objectives within Customer Services, providing insights and recommendations to the Customer Services Head and to executive leadership team to optimize financial performance and decision-making. 
  • You will be responsible to drive Revenue and Gross Profit development within Customer Service together with CS Head. 
  • You will be responsible to lead financial forecasting, budgeting and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives. 
  • You will be responsible to oversee the timely and accurate maintenance of accounts, supporting monthly/quarterly/annual closing
  • You will be responsible to monitor and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual reports and KPI’s of the business including variance analysis
  • You will be responsible to develop and manage pricing strategies, cost structures and margin analysis for customer service portfolio
  • You will be responsible to drive initiatives to increase productivity, enhance profitability, optimize costs and achieve financial targets
  • You will be responsible to lead continuous improvement projects related to operations, cost control and resource allocation
  • You will be responsible to ensure adherence to regulatory, tax and compliance requirements, maintaining the integrity of financial records and reporting
  • You will be responsible to implement and monitor robust internal controls, policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial data. 
  • You will be responsible to manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies, particularly in revenue recognition, inventory management, service contracts, accounts receivable and credit management. 
  • You will be responsible for periodic Customer Service Balance Sheet Review covering Key Accounts. 
  • You will be responsible to act as a key finance business partner to country leadership team, engaging with Zone/ Regional/ Headquarter finance teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies and reporting standards
  • You will be responsible to communicate financial results, strategic initiatives and key updates to management and stakeholders
  • You will be responsible to lead, mentor and develop finance team fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration and continuous learning. Drive talent management initiatives, ensuring teams have the skills and capabilities to meet business objectives. 
  • You will be responsible to drive/support digitalization initiatives in Customer Service Finance within the organization. 
Your Qualifications and Experiences:
  • A certified Public Accountant (CPA) from PICPA/ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field. 
  • You have minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within customer services or other departments; experience in Medical Technology industry would be an advantage
  • You have strong financial acumen with deep knowledge in financial planning, analysis and reporting
  • You have expertise in managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control
  • You have proven ability to lead financial strategy and drive business performance
  • You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • You have strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements and risk management
  • You have ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • You have proficiency in financial management software (e.g. SAP), advanced Excel skills.
