We are looking for: IT Solution Expert- Head AI Developer

You’ll make an impact by:

• Designing and developing enterprise‑grade AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) on Azure, enabling intelligent automation and next‑generation digital capabilities for financial workplace solutions.
• Building Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, agentic AI patterns, and semantic search pipelines, ensuring high‑performing and explainable AI outcomes.
• Architecting and deploying cloud‑native and serverless applications using Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure AI Search, and related Azure services.
• Creating robust RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, ensuring scalable and secure backend architectures.
• Leading model evaluation, testing, optimization, and monitoring, ensuring reliability, safety, and production readiness of LLM‑powered systems.
• Driving end‑to‑end requirements engineering, collaborating with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solution designs.
• Guiding and mentoring development teams, influencing technical direction, best practices, coding standards, and architectural decision‑making.
• Working cross‑functionally in an agile environment, partnering with cloud engineers, data professionals, and business teams to deliver impactful digital finance solutions.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with deep hands‑on proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript for backend and full‑stack development.
• Expert‑level experience creating APIs and microservices, including RESTful API design, FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and event‑driven architectures.
• Strong DevOps and data engineering capabilities, including CI/CD pipelines, ETL workflows, Docker/containerization, Git, and secure deployments using Azure AD.
• 5+ years of advanced Azure Cloud experience, covering Azure AI Services, Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, vector databases, and cloud architecture patterns.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs and generative AI, including GPT‑4.1, GPT‑5.1, GPT‑4o, and o4 models—spanning fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Hands‑on expertise in RAG frameworks, semantic search, embeddings, vector indexing, chunking strategies, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience building autonomous and tool‑using AI agents, including function calling and advanced orchestration patterns.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and solution‑design skills, especially in customer‑facing enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within global, cross‑functional agile teams.
• Fluency in English (C1 level), with German as a welcome addition.
• A proven ability to lead technical development, mentor engineers, and drive end‑to‑end AI/ML system delivery.
