We are looking for: Senior project Manager – Engineering Manager IoT SaaS & AI Solutions

You’ll make an impact by:

 Delivery & Execution:

·       Own end-to-end delivery of products/features aligned with business goals.

·       Ensure predictable execution through agile methodologies and strong engineering governance.

·       Manage technical risks, dependencies, and quality metrics across releases.

People & Team Management

·       Build, mentor, and scale high-performing cross-functional engineering teams.

·       Conduct performance management, career development, and succession planning.

·       Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

AI & Data Integration

·       Drive adoption of AI/ML use cases across the product lifecycle.

·       Leverage GenAI tools to improve engineering productivity and SDLC efficiency.

 Partner Collaboration

·       Partner with participants for on-time high quality delivery and strategic planning.

·       Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and execution plans.

Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership

Use your skills to move the world forward!

·       Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field

·       15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles

·       Strong experience with large applications in the electrification domain

·       Strong technical knowledge – programming languages, DevOps, cloud platforms

·       Strong technical depth with strategic thinking capability

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and partner management skills

·       High ownership with a delivery-focused attitude.

·       Ability to balance innovation with operational excellence.
