🔧 About the Role:
As a MS Dynamics IT Support Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and optimising our suite of Microsoft Dynamics applications (including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related integrations). 
You’ll work closely with business users, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st to 3rd line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, BC) and related applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Dynamics ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure integrations.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with updates, patches, and enhancements.
Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for support processes and solutions.
Assist in user training and onboarding for Dynamics-related tools.

✅ Requirements:
Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Familiarity with Azure services, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

💡 Desirable:
Microsoft certifications(e.g., PL-200, MB-910,  AZ-900).
Experience with Dynamics customization, plugins, and integrations.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management tools (ServiceNow).
