We are looking for Applied AI Engineer.

Before our software developers write even a single line of code, they have to understand what drives our customers. What is the environment? What is the user story based on? Implementation means – trying, testing, and improving outcomes until a final solution emerges. Knowledge means exchange – discussions with colleagues from all over the world.

You’ll make a difference by:
Developing and delivering parts of a product, in accordance to the customers’ requirements and organizational quality norms. Activities to be performed include:
• Requirement analysis and design of software solutions based on requirements and architectural /design guidelines
• Design and deploy production-grade AI agents and workflows for real enterprise use cases.
• Build RAG pipelines, evaluation systems, and guardrails for reliable AI behavior
• Develop end-to-end AI systems: from prompt design → orchestration → deployment → monitoring
• Prototyping in sandbox environments, supporting testing/UAT, and coordinating deployments across environments.
• Ensuring compliant, secure, and reliable AI behavior, including responsible data handling and model governance.
• Supplying to internal knowledge sharing, documentation, and best practice development across teams.

Job requirements/ skills:
• 3–5 years of experience in ML/AI engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, Backend Engineering
• At least 1–2 years hands-on with LLM-based systems in production
• Experience building LLM applications in production using RAG, Prompt Engineering & evaluation techniques
• Experience with at least one framework/tooling stack LangChain/Llamaindex/Semantic Kernel 
• Experience integrating AI with real systems (APIs, DBs, enterprise apps)
• Understanding of hallucination mitigation, grounding techniques, tool usage / agent frameworks
• Strong GenAI fundamentals, including prompt engineering, grounding/RAG, model evaluation, and observability tools (e.g., LangSmith, Arize).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work efficiently with technical and non technical partners.
• A passion for solving real world problems using emerging technologies.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
