We are looking for: Senior Test Professional

You’ll make an impact by:

·       Test Strategy and Execution:

·       Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios for complex systems

·       Design and implement manual test cases covering functional, regression, system, integration, UAT, and exploratory testing

·       Identify testability gaps through early analysis of business and technical requirements

·       Defect Management and Quality Assurance: Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps

·       Conduct defect root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams for resolution

·       Act as a quality gatekeeper, providing release readiness and go/no-go recommendations

·       Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards

·       Process Improvement and Metrics: Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

·       Define and track quality metrics including defect leakage, test coverage, and release quality

·       Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Development, UX, and Business partners.

·       Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

·       Mentor junior testers and review test artifacts to ensure quality and consistency

·       Non-Functional and Domain Testing

·       Support UAT and coordinate with teams for performance and security testing

·       Apply domain knowledge to improve test effectiveness and risk coverage.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

·       BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech qualification.

·       5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing

·       Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

·       Proficiency in test design techniques (e.g., boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning)

·       Experience with database validation using SQL and backend testing

·       Defect tracking: JIRA, Azure DevOps

·       Conceptual understanding of automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail

·       Clear verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

·       Proven partner management and collaboration skills.
