We are looking for a new colleague to join our IT team in the position of User Experience Professional, who will contribute to the support and development of modern IT systems, with a focus on the use of artificial intelligence tools, modern device management, and endpoint cybersecurity.

You will be part of a local IT team that ensures a high-quality digital workplace for employees while also implementing centrally driven IT initiatives into everyday practice.

Your role will be to bridge daily IT operations with corporate projects focused on automation, process optimization, and enhancing IT security, and to adapt these solutions to the needs of the local environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support solutions leveraging AI and automation, and contribute to process digitalization
• Support cybersecurity activities (asset management, threat detection analysis, incident resolution)
• Co-manage end-user devices in a modern Microsoft environment
• Contribute to the management of IT hardware portfolio from a device lifecycle perspective
• Transfer knowledge to employees and provide training on internal applications and services
• Collaborate with other teams and communicate technical solutions across the organization

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field or with a focus on Information Technology
• Minimum ~3 years of experience in IT (support / system administration)
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and basic computer networking
• Experience with MS Windows and MS Office environments
• Interest in AI, automation, and digitalization is an advantage
• Experience with process digitalization or improvement
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop skills
• Driving license (Category B) is an advantage
