Job Title: Area Sales Professional -Infrastructure
Job Location: Kalwa, Mumbai
Experience Level: -18-20 Years of Experience with Similar Job profile is preferred.

This Is Your Role & Pre-requisite.
Responsible for driving Infrastructure vertical business in the Western Region by achieving the assigned order intake targets.
Responsible for Sales strategy for Order acquisition from Direct customers in the assigned region.
Result-oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong customer-first approach. He /She should have sound product, project & market knowledge
Plan, develop and achieve business targets in End users & OEM segments.
Should be able to identify new business opportunities from new markets & segments.
Drive Digitalization, Service business and Sustainability with end users & OEM segments
Systematic sales approach, support CRM process and ensure the Data Quality, and market transparency.
Effective account management, Customer Retention, and Customer satisfaction
Drive product promotion initiatives through in-plant customer seminars, exhibitions, and other initiatives.
Enhance Net Promotor Score by enhancing the overall satisfaction of customers.
Should possess sound technical knowledge and important soft skills like -effective communication & articulation, sales attitude & Growth mindset, etc.
To work in coordination team members & Business unit and support them in closing the deals.
May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
Develop strong network with internal & external Stakeholders to achieve the business targets. 
Coach, Monitor, develop, motivate teams to collaborate and achieve business targets and networking with internal / external stakeholders. May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
B.E./ B.Tech – Electrical/Electronic with 18-20 Years of proven track record in Sales is preferred. (End user & OEM connect is preferred)
