  • Medium Voltage (MV) Systems: Switchgear, protection, and cabling.
  • Low Voltage (LV) Systems: Distribution boards, motor control centers (MCCs), and auxiliary systems.
  • Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems: Design, sizing, and integration.
  • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems: Design, cooling load calculations, and integration.
  • Fire & Gas Detection Systems: Integration and compliance.
  • Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems: Design and implementation.
  • Lighting & Small Power Systems: Design and layout.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project engineers and design teams.
  • Scope Management: Define, manage, and review engineering scopes of work, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client specifications.
  • Documentation & Standards: Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and internal Siemens guidelines. Oversee the creation and review of technical specifications, drawings, and reports.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key technical interface with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

This experience should ideally be within industrial, infrastructure, or modular integrated solutions (e.g., e-houses, skids).
  • Technical Expertise:
  1. Profound understanding and hands-on experience with the design, selection, and application of LV switchgear, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), distribution panels, transformers, and associated protection devices.
  2. Proven ability to perform and interpret complex electrical calculations, including load flow, short circuit analysis, voltage drop, and protection coordination studies for intricate LV networks.
  • Standards & Regulations: In-depth knowledge and practical application of relevant international and local electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC 61439, IEC 60364, NFPA 70/NEC, UL standards where applicable).
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex technical challenges in LV system design.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors. Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a project team.
  • Project Management Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality engineering outputs within project timelines.
